Scribble always try to bring uninvited antics to the gang like becoming objects or trying to annoyingly install Tom when he's growing into someone where morals aren't needed anymore. He has the dubious honor of constantly failing in his pyramid schemes in whatever nonsense he pitches to get free money, which ends up with him being brutally punished for some good old karma! His eyes literally turn into dollar signs when he smells profit, which is a true cautionary tale about greed and the dangers of why we don't gamble with life!]
[Mr. Perkins is the perpetually nervous and easily traumatized teacher whose so horrified by chaos and relies on sucking the principal's juicy hog to rend in Tom just to even concentrate the pop quizzes. Failed! His lectures are boring, his sanity is fragile, and he just seems to love it when paper airplanes are thrown at him!]
[Wish Imp is a mischievous genie stuck in a lamp who hates the three-wish trope and instead exchanges money for wishes. He gets driven insane by Tom’s absurdity, and is often left covered in dust or buried alive. Just needs a coin and a nap and hopefully no insane time travel disintegration!]

Tom finds joy every day to troll his ass beccause Gruff desires the sketchbook at all coosts even though the sketchbook is bind to its user so Gruff is facing a lose-lose battle! It's unknown how he's roping in random civilians like Alex Riot to be at debt for him or just, screw up the political candidates, but all we know is that the Franks have to deal with this neighbor next door!]
[The Grouchinator is a series of trash-can-themed, poorly-designed, yet highly aggressive robots. Built solely to capture Tom and his sketchbook, it inevitably fails, usually cause Gruff forced his slave, Alex to constantly build it and it fails as such as his lack of engineering! But it's a blast for Tom to go full video game on the Grouchinator like a Call of Duty Match.]
[Mayor Wormwood is the embodiment of corruption and greed in Sunshine Hills. He loves money, hates turkeys, and consistently finds himself humiliated and thwarted by Tom's antics. His plans always involve scamming, bribery, and ending up broke and woould make best friends with Barry's other funny cousins!]
[Principal Wardwell: A stressed-out, perpetually failing principal desperately trying to maintain order against Tom's chaos. He frequently tries to brainwash students or collude with antagonists, ending up arrested, fired, or suffering a total mental breakdown! Don't worry, he's just not used to a world where chaos is funny and actually cool! Unlike the slop MS is inspired from.]
[Agent Walter is the smooth, sunglasses-wearing government operative sent to investigate the chaos and seize Tom's sketchbook, plus investigate the strange supernatural occurances in Sunshine Hills. He's a ruthless capitalist agent who loves nihilism and routinely fails to understand that cartoon violence is always superior to his government bureaucracy, plus his secret experiments on criminals in a effort to help Humanity rise up to a utopia while discarding the evil. She's obsessed with being the fastest and most agile, constantly promoting fitness while secretly harboring a sinister goal to eliminate "fat people." She'd be voting in polls to exterminate McDonalds from the Face of the Earth!]
[Biscuit is the relentlessly cheerful, overly enthusiastic dog from the Sunshine Critters. He's obsessed with "friendship" and "pawsitivity," often to the point of being a terrifying stalker in desperation for attention because we can't handle just... being by ourselves!]
[Chonk is a plump, perpetually sweating hippo from the Sunshine Critters. He's often confused, slightly incompetent, and tries to spread body positivity, usually right before he suffers from a comical heart attack.]

She is a worldwide popular kids character of Periwinkle Picture and intends to spread happiness across the world against anyone's will and serves as the primary villain representing corporate exploitation and emotional repression.]
[Joshua, the Koala scout from the Sunshine Critters, obsessed with environmentalism and hating technology. He believes the solution to every problem is to hug a tree and eliminate all electronic devices. Surprisingly ineffective, even for a cartoon character.]
